Terms of Service

By creating an account, paying a subscription, or otherwise using Aurum (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Aurum is

Aurum is an educational chart-analysis tool. It reads public market data (price, volume, funding, prediction-market probabilities) and produces example trade plans. Aurum is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or registered investment adviser. No part of the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. No financial advice — your trades are your responsibility

Crypto trading is high-risk. Leveraged perpetual-futures trading can result in total loss of capital and, on some exchanges, losses beyond your deposit.

• You are solely responsible for every order you place.
• The Service does not place trades on your behalf and never has access to your exchange account.
• Past performance, calibration statistics, and example outcomes shown in the app are not predictive of future results.
• You should consult a licensed adviser before risking capital.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use leveraged cryptocurrency products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws (including but not limited to U.S., U.K., EU, and Australian regulations on retail derivatives). The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring weekly or monthly basis until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice (you'll keep the price you signed up at until your next renewal after the change).
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.

5. Refund policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or had no meaningful access during your billing period, contact us in Discord within 7 days and we will review the case.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login or resell access
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically download the Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or paywalls
• Use the Service to violate exchange Terms of Service or local laws
• Disrupt the Service for other users

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Market-data feeds and prediction-market integrations depend on third-party providers and can fail. We don't guarantee uptime, signal accuracy, or that any specific feature will remain available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, liquidations, lost profits, and lost data — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid Aurum in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting us in Discord. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page and (where required) in your account. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. For questions or disputes, contact us via the Aurum Discord.
