Refund Policy
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any moment from the Account page (Manage billing → Cancel subscription). Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period (the next 7 days for weekly, the next 30 days for monthly).
Refund eligibility
Subscriptions are non-refundable by default. Because the Service delivers signal data immediately on subscription, we cannot offer a blanket money-back guarantee. We do, however, refund in good faith in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors — fully refunded automatically.
- Service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing period — pro-rated refund.
- Charged after explicit cancellation — fully refunded.
- Fraud or unauthorized use of your card — contact your bank to dispute the charge; we will not contest a legitimate fraud chargeback.
How to request a refund
- Message the operator in the Aurum Discord within 7 days of the disputed charge.
- Include the email on your account and the date of the charge.
- Approved refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days (Stripe's processing time).
What is NOT refundable
- Trading losses incurred while using Aurum's signals or example plans.
- Subscription periods where you simply stopped using the Service but didn't cancel.
- Any costs from third-party services (your exchange, your bank, etc.).
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. If you are in a jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK) that grants a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services, your statutory rights apply unless you have expressly waived them by starting to use the Service immediately on signup. By accepting these terms at checkout you agree that the digital service starts immediately and acknowledge the limitation that may apply to the cooling-off period.
